Brian W .Rogers
A Victoria, Texas native, Brian attended Southwest Texas State University n/k/a Texas State University, as a student athelete, and received numerous awards. Brian attended law school at Texas Tech University School of Law, and participated in and won numerous awards in national, state, and school competitions for various litigation and appellate practices.
Upon graduating from law school Brian worked as an associate with Anderson, Smith, Null & Stofer, L.L.P., where he practiced Commercial Litigation, Bankruptcy, Creditor's Rights, and Business Law. Brian serves on numerous statewide committees, and is currently the Chair of the State Bar of Texas Bankruptcy Young Lawyers Section. Brian is also currently a member of the local rules planning committee for the Southern District of Texas, Bankrupy Division. Brian is the current President of Victoria Youth Soccer Organization, and is actively involved in the community on all levels. Brian received a state wide award from the Bankruptcy Section for his pro bono efforts in the Southern District of Texas. Brian regularly gives lectures at State Bar Conferences in areas covering insolvency and bankruptcy
Brian chairs the litigation and collection practices group and focuses on commercial and lending collections and is a founding partner in the firm.
